MEMBERSHIP PROCESS

New Membership requests are made in person at the monthly SCSA general membership meeting held at 7:00 pm on the first Wednesday of the month. NEW MEMBERS are welcomed to the Club September through June

SCSA is a 100% NRA organization. NRA membership applications can be online. 

Dues includes the cost of two capital improvement raffle tickets.

New Member - $582.00

Life Member - See Liability Release Ap. 

Membership is on a calendar year, January - December.

Dues paid after the January membership meeting will include a late fee.

Membership is contingent on approval by the Board.

WORK PARTIES

RENEWALS 

Work parties are a way to help keep memberships affordable, help the club grow and a great way to meet members with common interests.

 When completed the manager of the work party will sign and date the back of your yearly membership card and indicate which type it was.  

Renewal rates:

$344 with no work parties

$290 with 1 work party

$236 with 2 work parties

$182 with 3 work parties 

Life & Gold Card Members under the age of 65 are not exempt from work parties.

• Shooting ranges for rifle, pistol, skeet, trap, sporting clays, 5-stand, muzzleloader archery
• Fields for hunting, dog training and field trials
• Indoor 8 position range for smallbore, air rifle and target pistol
• Two stocked fishing ponds
• Pheasant, rabbit, deer and squirrel hunting on club owned and leased property
• Junior and senior rifle teams for smallbore
• CMP hi-power rifle compete at local and national events
• Youth Hunter Education Challenge teams are sent to state and national competitions
• Sponsors junior members to Lakes and Trails Spring and Fall events.
• Social Events include Clambake, Crawfish Boil, Friends of the NRA, Family Picnic, Children's Fishing Derby, Ham & Turkey Shoorts, Youth Christmas Party
